Progressive Technology, in partnership with Disney Careers, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional support and magical service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.

  • Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and promotions across Disneys platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.

  • Strong computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or hospitality is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible, part-time schedule.
