Job Description:

- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks

- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases

- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages

- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations

- Managing employee separation processes

- Assignment of individual employees to different roles

- Processing of payroll in a timely manner.

- Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees

- Work effectively in our team-based & collaborative environment to deliver top quality supply of talents and candidates

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree Holder

- Experience not a must as training will be provided

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
