About the Role

We're looking for confident communicators who love speaking to people and introducing exciting products over the phone or online. This role involves reaching out to potential customers and explaining our offerings in a friendly and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

Make calls or voice messages to potential customers to introduce promotions

Explain product benefits in a casual, engaging way

Support marketing campaigns by recording simple product presentation clips (optional)

Identify customer preferences and give feedback to the marketing team

Occasionally assist in online content ideas or casual voice/video interaction

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with online communication platforms

Willing to speak on voice/video if needed

Positive attitude and adaptability

Prior experience in sales/marketing/telemarketing is a bonus
