About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Virtual Assistant to support our operations and admin team. This role is perfect for a Singapore-based university student or fresh graduate seeking a structured side hustle that builds professional experience with flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Email Management
    • Monitor and reply to general inboxes using provided templates and SOPs.
    • All incoming emails (Mon–Fri) must be cleared and responded to by 6pm each day.
    • Flag and escalate important matters to relevant team members.


  • Data & Admin Support
    • Perform ad-hoc data clean-up (Google Sheets/Excel).
    • Update and maintain records (e.g., contact lists, investor forms, simple trackers).
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.


  • Operational Tasks
    • Assist with preparing documents and simple reports.
    • Support workflow processes (training will be provided).


Requirements

  • Singapore university undergraduate or graduate.
  • Able to commit to daily accountability (emails cleared by 6pm, Mon–Fri).
  • Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to follow clear instructions.
