Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate teams with proper context.

  • Identify and report product or service issues based on recurring customer feedback.

  • Contribute to improving internal processes and customer support documentation (FAQs, help articles).

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Familiarity with using support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.

  • Tech-savvy with basic understanding of online tools and cloud platforms.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or client-facing role (remote experience preferred).

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.
