As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are looking for an individual who provides operational and administrative support to the Buying Team in areas including Data Input, Report Production, Internal Communications and Vendor Liaison. The role is designed to be an ‘entry level’ position for associates looking to pursue a career in the Retail Industry in roles such as Product Allocation, Buying & Planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Performance:

- Assist to achieve the key operational objectives for the FLA (Foot Locker Asia) Division

Business / Technical Functions:

- Ensure the accurate & timely execution of the following tasks:

- SKU (Stock-Keeping Unit) creation, maintenance and reporting (includes ‘Blue Sheet’ Preparation)
- PO (Purchase Order) creation, maintenance and reporting
- Keying COS (Current Order Status) reports / order tracking
- Product ‘Samples’ co-ordination (includes Sample & Showroom maintenance)
- Keying Permanent Markdowns & RTV’s (Return to Vendor)
- Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting

Business Partnership:

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal clients including the Product Team, Internal Departments, Stores and Vendors.

Organizational Compliance:

- Maintain the organization’s core values (integrity, leadership, excellence, service, teamwork, innovation & community) at work and when representing FLA at external functions and events.
- Adhere to all Foot Locker policies, procedures and guidelines.

Project Management:

- Undertake additional projects as directed by the Senior Director, Buying.
