Delta One Middle Office Transaction Capture Sr Mgr ID-5576
The Transaction Capture Sr Mgr is a senior management level position responsible for managing multiple teams through other managers, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to oversee the end results, budgeting, planning and implementation of the functional strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management and oversight of trade capture, front to back reconciliation, as well as client service related functions in Prime Delta One business
- Ensure trade and life cycle activities are accurately and timely reported to clients within SLA
- Partnering with other operational teams internally to ensure smooth processing of any bespoke client trade activities.
- Liaison with clients and internal settlement team to resolve aged nostro break on a continuous basis to minimize risk to the business.
- Oversee performance of pre-settlement capture activities and define, develop, implement and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct discovery and due diligence activities with clients to solve complex client queries
- Acting as an escalation point for any client issues.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading
- Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, and projects including but not limited to trade capture, life cycle, control.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, control, and cost reduction and implement improvements
- Oversee the volume, quality, integrity, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables and plan, budget and form policies for own area
- Provide guidance, lead and coach new or junior staff.

**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of experience in a related role
- Subject Matter Expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Masters degree preferred
