Event Organizer(Part-Time) ID-5454

What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a people-person with great initiative and a passion for event planning. You’ll support the team in the end-to-end execution of our singles mixers — from preparation to post-event wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare for social mixer events
  • Liaise with collaborators, venues, and vendors
  • Support registration, guide participants, and ensure smooth event flow
  • Manage logistics and handle on-site operations
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to event days (primarily Fridays and Saturdays, 2–3 times a month)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with both participants and external partners
  • Prior events experience a plus, but not a must
