1. Medical Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to spearhead our medical sales efforts in Singapore. The role involves promoting medical products and services—particularly those linked to insurance claims, rehabilitation, and corporate healthcare. You will actively identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support post-sales service when required.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities – a true hunter mentality.

Promote and sell medical products/services related to insurance and healthcare.

Manage and grow relationships with clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.

Support basic product troubleshooting or servicing, where required.

Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Nursing, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

Fast learner with a hands-on attitude—comfortable picking up basic product servicing.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Ability to understand Cantonese is a plus, but not essential.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Must be able to travel overseas when required
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industry

Familiarity with common medical equipment (e.g., diagnostic, orthopedic, or surgical tools)

Good understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., HSA, ISO 13485, GDPMDS)
-
Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare system and clinic networks.

Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role:
Health Care & Co is expanding in Singapore and is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Executive to support our growing digital presence. This role will focus on managing our company site as well as third-party platforms such as Lazada and Shopee. You will also help drive brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content on our company site and external platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify)

Ensure product information, inventory levels, and promotional content are accurate and up-to-date across all channels

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads) to drive traffic and conversions

Coordinate with designers, developers, and vendors for website improvements and marketing creatives

Monitor campaign and platform performance using analytics tools, and report insights for optimization
