Medical Sales Representative – Singapore ID-5466
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Singapore. This role focuses on selling medical products and services, particularly those related to insurance claims and corporate healthcare. You'll be expected to actively hunt for new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support product servicing when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities – a true hunter mentality.
- Promote and sell medical products/services related to insurance and healthcare.
- Manage and grow relationships with clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Support basic product troubleshooting or servicing, where required.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all local healthcare regulations and internal SOPs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Fast learner with a hands-on attitude—comfortable picking up basic product servicing.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to understand Cantonese is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Must be able to travel overseas when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Medical Sales for a large array of products.
- Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare system and clinic networks.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Base salary up to SGD 4,000/month
