DESIGNATION : [World Fuel Services] Operations Support Representative (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Position Summary**

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Supply Team in our Marine business.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Follow up and update physical deliveries’ status to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate, prepare, and execute the flow of price information and port information to interested parties within the organization
- Extract performance statistics for analysis
- Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring correct, an up-to-date paper trail of fixtures, maintaining a concise filing system
- Managing contract administration & generating sales confirmations to mainly Korean suppliers
- Assist in other administrative functions

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree
- In excess of 2 years to 3 years of experience in a Customer Support Role; experience in the marine, shipping, or oil industry is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, task-oriented, and deadline sensitive
- High level of competency and experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environments and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work after office hours and/or weekends as required
- Able to converse to liaise with our counterparts who are Korean native speakers
