  • Ensures timely collection of school fees
  • Attends to walk-in customers
  • Handles communication via phone and email
  • Carries out administrative duties such as student registrations, invoices and payments of music courses/books/retail products, teachers’ schedule, students’ replacement classes etc.
  • Ensures smooth running of school operations and provides counter desk support during operating hours
  • Motivates and works well with the team towards achieving excellence and to meet school targets and key performance indicators
  • To assist the Supervisor on specific responsibilities and report in a timely manner
  • Manages inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the school
  • Maintains good care of school equipment, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Provides excellence in customer service
  • Be compassionate and professional to customers, students, teachers and colleagues
  • Shows integrity towards work

School location: Right above Hougang MRT (Exit A)


Working Commitment:

  • Sunday: 9am to 6:30pm

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • $8.00-$12.00 per hour
  • Training will be provided

Preferred Job Skills & Experience:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Good problem solving, detail-oriented and organization skills

Work Eligibility Status:

  • Eligible to work in Singapore and do not need work sponsorship
