As a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors during the weekends at our centres across Singapore, mainly in the Central and East areas. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and professional environment, as well as provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a part-time position requiring work on both Saturday and Sunday. The specific working hours will be 8.30am to 6pm.

Front Desk Management:

- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Answer phone calls and provide information or transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.

- Monitor and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.

Visitor Assistance:

- Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about our training programs.

- Register new students and provide them with necessary materials and information.

- Maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out records.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

- Support the coordination of training sessions and events happening during the weekends.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule Management:

- Manage the weekend schedule, including class timings, breaks, and any special events.

- Communicate any changes in the schedule to relevant staff members and students.

- Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.

Resolve minor issues and concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
