 Key Responsibilities:

 Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.

 Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by resolving employee concerns, addressing grievances, and promoting a collaborative environment.

 HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws, and keep abreast of changes in labor regulations.

 Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.

 Learning and Development: Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement and career development.

 Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring competitiveness in the market.

 HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends.

 Required Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

 Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization.

 Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
