Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development projects to develop innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for people around the world.
- Design and implement experiments and analyze results to optimize product performance and reliability.
- Construct and test prototypes to ensure that the design meets customer needs and specifications.
- Create and modify designs in response to customer feedback and requirements.
- Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and maintain lab equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with research projects and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments and apply them to research projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
