Responsibilities 

  • Be the focal point in STEML for both local and overseas defence & Public Security business markets.
  • Lead and develop go-to-market strategies for Marine’s MRO services to both the local & overseas defence & public security customers.
  • Establish strong customer network and build long-term relationship.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to formulate short-term and long-term business strategy plans to enhance Marine’s branding in the Defence & Public Security Business.

Requirements 

  • Preferably more than 10 years of experience in Sales, Marine, Engineering or Marketing fields.
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business or its equivalent.
  • Working experience in Marine or Maritime Defence industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Marketing and Business Development relating to Marine Industry
  • An appreciation of developing concepts/ideas into MRO products/solutions and executing a related sales opportunity
  • Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple opportunities and projects concurrently
  • Out-going with ability to communicate and market ideas and concepts
  • High attention to personal presentation and ability to converse in a professional manner
  • Critical attention to detail, and be success driven.
  • Must be willing to travel, and at short notice when required

  • Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5-day work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
