Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Manager at The Board Job, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of foreign workers seeking unskilled job opportunities in Singapore. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract potential candidates, both locally and internationally, for unskilled job positions.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting employee engagement.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and work with department heads to develop training and development plans.

Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to track and report on key HR metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:

Proven experienceas an HR manager or similar role, with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of Canadian labor laws and immigration regulations.
