This is a remote position.

Role Name: Virtual Assistant - Data Entry & Research Specialist

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days per week)

  • Flexible. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (US East Coast)

Responsibilities:
  • Process approximately 100 data records daily from government websites

  • Conduct light research to verify and complete missing data fields

  • Utilize Airtable system for data entry and management

  • Research and fill incomplete records to achieve 100% data completion

  • Verify data accuracy through cross-referencing with US government websites

  • Maintain data integrity and quality standards across all entries

  • Potentially participate in monthly client calls for club founder subscribers (future opportunity)


Scope:
  • Part-time position: 20 hours minimum per week

  • Work schedule: 4 hours per day across 5 days

  • Start date: Early to mid-September 2025

  • Primarily non-voice, back-office administrative work

  • Focus on US government website research and data verification

  • Potential for growth into client-facing responsibilities over time


Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Experience with spreadsheet applications (Excel, Airtable, or similar)

  • Basic research skills and ability to navigate government websites

  • Good communication skills for potential client interaction

  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
