<p><b><u>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></p><p>Interested applicants may apply as a Zouk Club Team (Part-Time) in the following Departments. </p><p><i>*Staff meal and uniform will be provided, part timers are also entitled to Food & Beverage discounts in the outlets</i></p><p><i>*We welcome applicants with no prior experience as on-the-job training will be provided</i></p><p><b>Service Crew / Bartender </b></p><ul><li>Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control</li> <li>Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and glassware</li> <li>Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed</li> <li>Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards</li></ul><p><b>Security</b></p><ul><li>Conduct security and bag checks on patrons</li> <li>Ensure the premises are secure and watch out for fire or any safety hazards</li> <li>Protect and safeguard premises, assets </li> <li>Provide customer service to all guests </li> <li>*Candidate will be required to own PLRD license</li></ul><p><b><u>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</u></b></p><ul><li>Possess relevant experience in the entertainment industry</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Possesses good customer service </li><li>Great team player </li></ul><p>*We do walk-in interview every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at Redtail Bar by Zouk. </p><p>3C River Valley Road, Clarke Quay, Block C, #01-04, The Cannery, 179022</p>
