APAC Channel Programs - Program Manager ID-5640

We work with cross-functional stakeholders including AppleCare Engineering, Finance, Trade, Materials and Field Service Channel Managers amongst others to develop and deploy extraordinary service solutions for active products. We are currently looking for an AppleCare Program Manager. You will drive how AppleCare channel partners across Apple Authorised Service Providers, Apple Retail Stores, Independent Repair Providers iPhone Carriers and others provide a high level of service to customers when service strategies are being introduced or updated. Description
You must be have the business acumen to understand the factors influencing our business, including market trends and customer needs. A strong communicator in relaying the goals and objectives of the programs you are responsible for, often charting new grounds and mapping out new processes and business cases. You must have strong financial skills to analyse cost optimisation and program spend. You must bring experience on project management and demonstrates keen ability to - Develop robust, efficient processes - Anticipate and mitigate potential execution challenges - Drive initiatives forward with a strong bias for action - Utilize foresight to identify and address future obstacles You should also process a global perspective with proven experience in diverse international markets. Exhibits exceptional skill and a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration. You have demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous and complex environments, coupled with a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years Program Management with a focus on business strategy and planning
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional projects with high attention to detail; results orientated with a willingness to tackle any task required to meet the goal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure or experience working with channels, stores, or external partners is a plus.
- Shown ability to be effective in sensitive environments with high executive visibility, while expertly leading through ambiguity and uncertainty. Takes initiative, thrives in autonomous work environment.
- Enjoys working both independently and with a team in a fast paced environment. Comfortable communicating to various levels of the organisation, from IT to senior leadership and able to expertly communicate with technical and customer-facing audiences.
- Strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills - a data driven decision maker.
- Ideally you have a Degree (Engineering, Project Management, Commercial preferred) or previous related experience.
