Responsibilities:

 Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

 Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

 Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Uwit Job products/services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.

 Documentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure all information is accurately documented.

 Required Skills:

 Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.

 Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.

 Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.

 Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.

 Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 Qualifications:

 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.

 Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
