Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee our facilities and operations partner to ensure safe, smooth, and uninterrupted day-to-day operations at the DTH including workspace, building functions, office paraphernalia, physical security, transportation, business travel and cafeteria. - Oversee and manage the technology elements of the facilities viz. physical security, CCTV, access control, HVAC setup of datacenter, office safety etc. – including dissemination of policies, records management, compliance, and information security. - End to end management of overseas and domestic travel planning and execution for Delta employees including coordination with internal stakeholders and managing the travel services partner. - Work with local vendors including hotels, events vendors, transportation agencies, facilities vendors etc. - Coordinate and manage operational logistics during leadership visits to ensure a seamless experience for the travelers. - Lead day-to-day occupancy planning activities and space allocations in support of tactical business unit need requirements. - Managing transport operations, ability to make the transport function efficient observing industry benchmark.

Report important functional metrics related to transport operations - Liaising with various stakeholders such as HR operations, Finance Operations, Employee Engagement teams to ensure optimal service delivery. - Conducting weekly sessions on new hire onboarding & ensuring that the end users are well equipped for a productive day at the office premises. - Supporting engagement events and hiring drives by working with vendors, configuring the office, or working with hotels and other events vendors. - Ensuring that the office is maintained optimally and is compliant with Delta’s workspace standards in terms of cleanliness, safety, amenities, protocols, security etc. - Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures including management of office security including installed hardware and security personnel. - Properly engage with local leadership and immediately escalate and respond to concerns. Manage and develop relationships with key business unit stakeholders and contacts - Investigate and resolve issues/incidents related to office maintenance, facilities, logistics and administration. - Developing an emergency and crisis management plan and oversee the implementation in case of need. - Report creation for facilities related matters. - Manage Employee Car Lease Program What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): - Formal qualification and degree in hotel management, hospitality sector, property and/or facilities management - 6 + years of experience in end-to-end Facility Management including knowledge on managing an outsourced facility contract. - Reviewing the monthly performance of vendors to improve service quality - Possess relevant experience with employee transportation and cafeteria management - Experience with process improvement and implementation - Clear and proper communications and understanding escalation processes are critical. - Strong service mentality, with a commitment to enabling and enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction - Experience working with internal clients and stakeholders at various levels of the organization with an ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with business partners - Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Demonstrate excellent communication skills including strong slide writing skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups. - Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding environment. - Ability to adhere to the highest professional standards, seek coaching and stand firm on decisions. - Strong integrity, maturity, and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information. - Proficient in PC skills including outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, etc
