Ui/ux Designer, Apj ID-5204

7+ years of relevant work experience in a UI/UX design capacity, ideally in technology-enabled consultative, business development, solutions, and/or transformation roles
Ability to operate across full-stack product development
Experience with developing UI/UX business plans and supportive architecture of a technical solution
Quickly and thoroughly create diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.

**Understand target users deeply**: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or use stories
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively a multi functional team
Deep and broad understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms
Experience with iterating and/or delivering a new product or service using technology

You will work closely with Digital Innovation specialists, Account teams, Solution Architects (SAs), Prototyping teams, AWS Partners and AWS ProServe to design and deliver Minimum Lovable Products (MLPs). You will be expected to be a thought leader to mentor designers and build teams from our customers. You will continually gather customer data and anecdotes on effectiveness of the content and adjust as-needed. This means you will lead the effort with stakeholders and team members in defining, tracking and reporting key user metrics to monitor and measure customer satisfaction. You’ll lead teams in gathering, organizing and reviewing feedback on the output of our workshops, prototypes, design languages and early products. You’ll instruct product management, development, and peer design teams as well as executive leadership in how best to interpret customer feedback and how to solicit feedback in the most constructive manner.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, and working with many cross functional teams.

Key job responsibilities
Facilitate remote or in-person customer workshops focused on bridging from a desired future solution end state articulated by the customer to the design & technical requirements required to prototype or implement that solution.
Facilitate discussions on iterative solutions and identify the key measurable business goals and requirements.
Effectively communicate scope and requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications for web, mobile web and app interfaces.
Design the information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of the web and mobile e-commerce experience.
Earn trust and maintain strong working relationships with existing internal and partner development/ prototyping teams.
Assist in project managing the solution engagement serving as the liaison between the development team and the customer.
Collect solution metrics to identify technical and engagement trends. Analyze metrics to identify areas of success and improvement.
Be a champion for user testing by partnering with customers & researchers to get your solutions in front of target customers; and be willing to drive scrappy user testing initiatives.
Present design work to the user experience team, product team, executives, and external partners for review and feedback.

10+ years of relevant work experience in the enterprise and industry markets. Breadth and depth in multiple industry markets and industry ecosystems
Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, React, NextJS, MDX and Tailwind CSS and SCSS
Operational excellence mindset and experience. Data-driven. Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects - work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Ability to demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to take an idea from initial scoping requirements through actual design, development and testing
