Amazon is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager - Tech to analyze and deliver insights on signals to help us better serve customers. The right candidate is passionate about understanding the competitive landscape and diving deep into complex problems, and continuously striving to find deeper insights. The person in this role will innovate, build new methodologies to generate insights, and make recommendations to drive actions that directly impact our current and future customers. A successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively to influence business and technology leaders at all levels, including senior management.

Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analyses and deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas.
- Make recommendations based on insights to drive actions that impact Amazon customers.
- Deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
- Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
- Work with our most senior leaders to determine meaningful investment areas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- 8+ years of experience in Tech consulting, investment banking, finance, or product strategy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master’s Degree.
- Degree in economics, business, finance, computer science, engineering, or research sciences.
- Experience in quantitative analysis and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and facilitation skills.
- Experience in engaging and influencing technical and business decision makers.
- A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.
- Willingness to travel if required (travel restrictions and health conditions permitting).
- Mandarin Chinese language fluency preferred to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
