Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure it complies with community guidelines, safety standards, and legal requirements.

- Work closely with the content team to improve the effectiveness of moderation processes and tools.

- Stay up to date with company policies, content moderation trends, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong command of the English language for reporting and communication purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify sensitive or harmful content.
- Proficiency in using content moderation tools and software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt to various online communities.
Experience
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or any role that requires detailed review of online content is preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms, online forums, or digital content management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online safety and digital community guidelines is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
