ExxonMobil is currently looking for a HelpDesk Associate to provide exceptional technical support to our internal teams. As a HelpDesk Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and assisting employees with technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.
Provide technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
