<strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Hubspot CR Manager to support the management and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Hubspot. This role is part-time (3 days per week) and will work closely with our CR Manager to ensure data quality, improve processes, and provide support to users across Enrolments, Marketing, and other teams.<br><br>This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in CRM systems, data management, and sales enablement to grow within a dynamic, scaling business.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>CRM Operations & Support</li><li>Assist with day-to-day CRM tasks, including data entry, updates, and user account management.</li><li>Provide first-line support to users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.</li><li>Document processes, create user guides, and help onboard new Hubspot users. <br><br></li></ul>Data Management & Quality<br><br><ul><li>Maintain data hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant.</li><li>Run regular checks to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, or gaps in data.</li><li>Support reporting and dashboard updates to provide business insights. <br><br></li></ul>System Improvements & Testing<br><br><ul><li>Assist with testing new features, workflows, and integrations before deployment.</li><li>Gather feedback from Hubspot users and suggest improvements to processes.</li><li>Support the CR Manager in implementing new tools, automations, and enhancements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Skills & Experience<br><br><strong>Essential<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.</li><li>Prior experience with Hubspot.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.</li><li>Strong communication skills for supporting and training Hubspot users and non-technical people within the business.</li><li>Experience with workflow automation or reporting dashboards. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable (Nice To Have)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Exposure to sales/marketing processes or enablement functions.</li><li>Degree or certification in data analytics, business, or IT<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>What We Offer<br><br><ul><li>Part-time, remote role (3 days/week) with potential to grow into a larger role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM in a scaling global business.</li><li>Opportunity to learn directly from a senior CR Manager, a Hubspot specialist</li><li>Exposure to multiple business functions (Sales, Marketing, Enrolments)</li><li>A supportive, mission-driven team culture.</li></ul>
