Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately type and format various documents, including reports, correspondence, and data entries.

  • Convert handwritten, scanned, or audio content into digital text.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.

  • Follow specific formatting guidelines and templates provided by the company.

  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

  • Organize and manage multiple files efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to clarify document requirements and formatting preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute (WPM).

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Docs.

  • Ability to follow specific formatting guidelines and instructions.

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in typing and proofreading.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.

  • Prior experience in transcription or document processing is a plus.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry, document processing, or typing roles is preferred but not required.

  • Entry-level candidates with strong typing and language skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
