Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) are essential. The role involves controlling and maintaining the highest quality of files from creation to release, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time completion. Excellent proofreading skills are crucial. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and the Studio Production Manager to exceed client expectations and uphold high-quality standards. Job Responsibilities Proficient in Illustrator and InDesign, with multi-skilling capabilities Follow print-specific instructions accurately Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Adhere strictly to written procedures and processes Contribute to the continual improvement of the Pharma studio Manage collation and dispatch of materials required for printing Read and understand client briefs Participate in ongoing training on studio processes and workflows Keep the department clean and organized Verify all files through manual proofreading and automated tools Maintain brand consistency Ensure on-time delivery of files Log errors and participate in root cause analysis to improve processes Must be focused, flexible, and capable of working under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
