We are seeking a Customer Test Manager / Junior PM to join our Fund Operations division in Singapore.

This is an individual contributor role within the Customer Transition Management team, with a strong focus on testing, UAT, and system enhancements, emphasizing Coordination and stakeholder engagement rather than technical QA.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer testing lifecycle for fund migration and system enhancement projects. The role involves hands-on test execution, stakeholder management, and coordination across multiple teams, ensuring the readiness and integrity of customer testing environments. You will also collaborate closely with IT and the Change Management team based in Europe, with onboarding support from the Customer Transition Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate customer test planning activities, defining test timelines and priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer testing lifecycle, including test execution, issue logging, reporting, and escalation.
  • Ensure the testing environment is fully operational, aligned with project requirements, and monitored for code levels and configurations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during testing phases, ensuring a seamless, professional, and consistent customer experience.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, mitigation measures, and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and environments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Fund Operations, IT, and the Change Management team (Europe-based) for system enhancements and onboarding support.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in testing, UAT, or Project Coordination, preferably within financial services.
  • Knowledge of investment fund operations and B2B customer processes.
  • Solid understanding of cash and securities settlement processes; familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
