Part-time Admin Assistant (Students Welcome!) ID-5946

We are looking for an Admin Assistant who is strongly aligned with our mission to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our relationship with all our clients.

We welcome candidates without experience as we do provide training to guide you along throughout your journey with us!

What you'll do:

  • Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Updates relevant and important materials to the director for a good tracking management
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
