**Bethesda Frankel Estate Church **is an open brethren church. Our Vision is to be the Bride of Christ ready at His return. Our mission is to spur one another to be disciples of Christ, living out fully God's will for our lives. Our **Mandarin-speaking ministry **seeks a theologically qualified, Chinese-language proficient, energetic, Christian Pastor to perform the following duties: - Preach at Sunday worship service and at our Chinese Evergreen Fellowship - Lead worship at Sunday service and Chinese Evergreen Fellowship - Arrange for and coordinate with speakers for worship services - Organize, connect members to, and lead small groups - Devise and source for materials for cell group use - Teach at workshops, Bible classes as well as 1-1 Bible studies - Regular visitations to members at home and in hospitals - Conduct wake and funeral services when needed - Perform admin duties that support this ministry - Update website, put together bulletin, handle AV equipment - Be part of team leadership at the ministry, staff, and church leadership level **Requirements**: - Holds a Master of Divinity to serve in a Mandarin-speaking church ministry - Able to use English as a working language as well - 8-10 years’ experience, with a good track record in serving in a church setting - Has the depth of life experience and maturity to minister to a diverse profile of congregation
