<p><strong>Manual Tester –Payments & Crypto UX</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Singapore (Remote)</strong></p><p><strong>Employment Type: Contingent Model (20 HR a week)</strong></p><p><strong>Experience Level: 2-3 years</strong></p><p><strong>Number of openings: 15 roles</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking meticulous manual testers to support a UX-focused testing initiative for enhancing the payments and crypto transaction journey.</p><p>The role involves simulating real-world user actions to identify usability gaps and improve the overall customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•Execute manual test cases across the payments and crypto platforms</p><p>•Sign up as a new user and complete KYC using a valid U.S. state ID or driver’s license</p><p>•Link bank accounts and deposit funds using Plaid</p><p>•Perform and validate crypto transactions</p><p>•Document observations, usability issues, and provide structured feedback</p><p>•Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to communicate findings</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>•Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies</p><p>•Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto platforms preferred</p><p>•Must possess a valid U.S. state-issued ID or driver’s license</p><p>•Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills</p><p>•Ability to work independently and follow test scenarios with minimal supervision</p><p>Nice to Have:</p><p>•Prior experience testing payment flows or financial apps</p><p>•Familiarity with Plaid integrations and KYC processes</p>
