Principal Consultant - Change Manager ID-5679
Responsibilities
- Initiate, set-up and structuring of initiatives and projects on people, processand technology
- Monitor the progress and delivery of change initiatives and project delivery in Asia
- Identify and track remediation of (potential) issues in delivery of change initiatives in Asia
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness
- Perform risk assessment with project implementation
- Regular and timelyupdate stakeholders on status, riskand issues
- Identifying and managing project dependencies
- Maintain regular contact with other change experts within Asia and HO for alignment and updates on the roadmap and projects
- Manage vendors and project resources including all necessary logistic

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Bachelor/master'sdegree
- Min years of experience in an international Wholesale Banking environment
- Good understanding of wholesale banking products, processesand technology solutions
- Good business analysis and project management experience and skillset
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
- Willingness to independently learn and improve skills and knowledge
- Able to work in a team
- Able to maintaina pleasant attitude while in a high-pressure environment
- A solid understanding on change management process
- Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologiesand tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to establishand maintain strong relationships

- Ability to translate new initiatives into proposals, roadmapsand executable plans
