Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the HR department's procurement needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Cost Management: Implement cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining quality standards. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize costs.

Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Continuously assess supplier capabilities and reliability.
Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with legal and ethical standards. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in the HR sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
Familiarity with HR processes and needs is a plus.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
