Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>As a Sr. Ads Ops Demand Management Specialist, you will be a key contributor in owning the operational performance of advertising campaigns in your assigned market.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You will work closely with Account Management, Sales, Ad Ops Solutions, and external vendor partners to ensure campaigns deliver on client objectives, while consistently driving operational efficiency and excellence.</span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><u>In this role, you will:</u></b></p><ul><li><p><span> </span><span>Own the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in your dedicated market, including overseeing campaign, readiness and launch while monitoring, pacing, identifying optimization opportunities and managing billing, and reconciliation across Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.</span></p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Ops Solutions, and vendors to ensure campaigns are activated accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a seamless client experience.</p></li><li><p><span>Monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying risks and escalating to Ad Ops Solutions for Troubleshooting and resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze campaign data at Market level  and provide actionable insights to local sales teams to support revenue growth and operational improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to help identify and implement workflow or process enhancements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in the adoption and rollout of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure timely and accurate campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and supporting load balancing with Ad Ops Solutions teams.</span></p></li><li><p>Stay informed on industry trends, internal process updates, and emerging technologies to keep operations at the forefront of the market.<span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b><b>Qualifications:</b></b></u></p><ul><li><p><span> </span><span>5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management, supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, task management, and reporting platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, QC, and reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to both technical and business audiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><a href="https://about.netflix.com/en/inclusion" target="_blank"><u>Inclusion</u></a><span> is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
