🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone professionally.
- Greet and guide guests to their reserved karaoke rooms.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS system efficiently.
- Offer basic technical support for microphone and karaoke system issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Handle and serve alcoholic beverages comfortably.

🕒 Working Hours:
- 6-day work week with night shift timings:
- 6:30 pm - 3:30 am (selected outlets)
- 4:00 pm - 1:30 am / 2:00 am (other outlets)
