Job Description:
Role and Responsibility
-
Create, modify and prioritize product supply/demand forecasts, taking into account existing customer orders, as well as the sales and product marketing inputs

Own and manage finished goods and Raw material to meet targets set within the organization.

Monitor and meet delivery commitments of the global production locations for the assigned product portfolios

Collaborate cross functionally and interregional with various functions including purchasing, material planning, engineering, manufacturing/subcontracting, logistics, transport and customer service to resolve issues and accomplish goals
-
Manage risk, careful monitoring and meticulous data collection and implement mitigation plans to meet project timelines
-
Optimize delivery performance and related customer satisfaction, including improvement of deviations from the requested customer dates and quantities

Maintenance of planning systems parameters

Qualifications;

A diploma or degree in supply chain, engineering, informatics or comparable
-
New grad can apply

Between 1-3 years relevant experience in supply chain management is preferred
-
An affinity for IT systems, experience with data analysis/data crunching, and good visualization skills; knowledge of SAP based planning systems and PBI.

Strong analytical skills to solve complex topics, flexibility to adapt to new situations, responsible and self-motivated to go the extra mile
-
Team spirit, a creative and respectful way of working with others

Possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
