Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully placing technical candidates.
In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and qualifications within the industry.
