Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with international talent, HR departments, and government agencies to streamline the LMIA and visa sponsorship process.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidate qualifications, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and policies to provide accurate guidance.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for visa sponsorship applications.
Prepare and submit LMIA and work permit applications to relevant government bodies.
Monitor the progress of visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Assist with post-arrival settlement and integration of sponsored individuals into Canadian workplaces.
Keep detailed records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Immigration Law, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in visa sponsorship and LMIA processes.
Strong understanding of Canadian immigration regulations and policies.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards the needs of international talent.
