General Ledger & Financial Accounting:
• Maintain and manage full set of accounts, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis and investigate variances
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audit and tax purposes
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with preparation of budgets and variance analysis reports
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process vendor invoices and staff claims; manage payment schedules
• Generate customer invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations
Tax & Compliance:
• Assist with preparation and submission of GST filings, withholding tax, and other regulatory reports
• Support statutory audit and tax filing processes with external auditors and tax agents
Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties:
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
• Assist in implementing internal controls and process improvements
• Support cross-functional teams with finance-related queries

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and general ledger processes
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., ERP System Synergix, other ERP systems)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reconciliations)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and with a small team
