What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from the public
  • Provide clear, accurate information and guide users through processes
  • Resolve issues or escalate complex matters to the right teams
  • Keep records updated in simple internal systems
What You Bring
  • Prior call centre/helpdesk/customer service experience is a plus
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to stay calm, professional, and multitask under pressure
  • Singaporean only
