Location: East

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week, Mon - Fri, 830am – 6pm, Weekends schedule (if rostered):
Sat/Sun Morning: 830am - 130pm (usually WFH) or Sat Afternoon: 12pm - 6pm (usually WFH)

Salary: Up to $2300 per month + completion bonus

Job Description:

  • Livechat

  • Email service tickets

  • Answer Customer comments and reviews on Social media and App stores : Facebook, Instagram , Appstore, Google Play , other review sites (open comments and direct messages)

  • Raise Service Request and work with IT support to close cases

  • Monitor competitive activity on social media and produce weekly management report.

  • OT when business / operation required             

Requirements:

  • Good command of English

  • Familiar with Apps and social media platforms

  • IT Savvy

  • Good customer service skills.

  • Singaporeans only
