Now, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and numbers-loving Accounting & Finance Intern / Part-Time Accounts Assistant to jump on board.

This isn’t just another internship where you fetch coffee (unless you want to) . You’ll work directly with the founders, get your hands on real finance operations in the F&B world, and learn the kind of things textbooks don’t teach you.


What You’ll Actually Do (a.k.a. Real Stuff):

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and book-keeping
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Support month-end closing activities and management reporting
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents
  • Liaise with internal teams or external vendors as required
    • Perform ad-hoc administrative or finance-related tasks as assigned by Finance Manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Studying or holding an A Levels / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI / ACCA , or currently pursuing an accounting-related qualification in a local university (because apparently Excel formulas don’t teach themselves)
  • Microsoft Excel savvy (if you know the difference between SUM and VLOOKUP, we already like you)
  • Obsessed with details (like spotting when someone claims two free bagels instead of one)
  • Organized & communicative (basically, the kind of person who color-codes their folders and still shows up on time)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadline.
  • Prior accounting experience? Nice flex, but not required. Enthusiasm > experience .


The Boring (But Important) Stuff:

  • Location: Singapore (with the magic word: Hybrid — some days with us, some days in PJs at home)
  • Salary: Up to S$1,600/month (enough to keep your bubble tea addiction alive)
  • Employment Type: Internship (no experience required) / Part-Time (2 years of accounting experience required)
  • Working Hours:
    • Part-Time: 3–4 days per week
    • Internship: Up to 6 months , min. 3 days per week
