As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering training programmes on airline operations and customer service to students in MOE schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach students about airline procedures, check-in processes, in-flight services, and hospitality standards.
  • Facilitate interactive activities such as roleplays, simulations, and case studies to give students practical exposure to airline operations.
  • Inspire students to develop professionalism, communication skills, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be registered with MOE eIRS / AMIS or in the process of applying.
  • Relevant qualifications or industry experience in airline services, aviation, or hospitality management.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students in service-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated, patient, and able to work with children & teenagers.
