Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team at Pocket Creative. Your primary role is to initiate meaningful conversations via text and calls, identify qualified prospects, and book advisory sessions.

You’ll be engaging with leads who respond to ads, or are referred to us, and will use proven frameworks and templates which we’ll train you on) to create conversations that convert into appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

  • Initiate outbound messages via WhatsApp, SMS, or calls to cold, warm, and referral leads.
  • Send personalized, context-relevant messages using pre-approved frameworks.
  • Follow up persistently using soft touches, memes, or quick video messages (we’ll show you how).

Calling (Support-Based)

  • Call leads directly when necessary (after message responses or ghosting).
  • Offer short 5-minute discovery calls to qualify leads and open dialogue.

Appointment Booking

  • Book qualified leads into advisory Zoom calls using Go High Level & Calendar
  • Follow confirmation scripts, calendar reminders, and ensure prospects show up.
  • Update Google Calendar, CRM, or relevant tracking tools for every booking made.

Follow-Up & Recovery

  • Re-engage no-shows and ghosted leads using strategic follow-up sequences.
  • Send Loom/WhatsApp videos to reignite cold leads when appropriate.
  • Handle basic objections and reframe leads toward rebooking.

Lead Tagging & Reporting

Properly tag every conversation inside Google Sheets as:

  • New Lead / Replied / Interested / Booked / No Show / Not Interested
  • Update daily tracking sheets with appointment data and conversation logs.
  • Provide daily and weekly performance reports (bookings made, follow-ups pending, etc.)

RequirementsExperience

  • 1+ year experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client outreach (preferred)
  • Bonus: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close.io, Pipedrive, Airtable)

Skills

  • Strong written English (essential for text-based outreach)
  • Confident and friendly phone voice (calls are still part of the role)
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Resilience and persistence — willing to follow up multiple times without being pushy
  • Empathy and conversational intelligence — ability to identify pain points and qualify softly

Tools

  • WhatsApp Web, Google Calendar, CRM experience
  • Familiar with Calendly or other scheduling tools
  • Fast, stable internet and quiet work environment

KPIs & Performance Expectations

  • Daily Target: 10 number of qualified outreach conversations (customized per volume)
  • Weekly Target: 8 number of booked and confirmed short calls
  • Show-Up Rate: 80%+
  • Lead Response Time: < 5 minutes (where possible)
  • Accurately tag and track every lead in CRM
  • Use at least 3 follow-ups on cold or ghosted leads

Compensation

  • $15-$30 Per Appointment Show Up (New Ad Leads & Referrals)
  • $30-$40 Per Appointment Show Up (Old & Cold Leads)
  • Bonus: Weekly / Monthly targets hit
