JOB SCOPE

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of logistics transactions into the LOGISWIFT system, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory updates and order processing.
  • Manually input data in Excel, ensuring consistency and completeness.
  • Support daily logistics and warehouse operations by preparing and updating relevant documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, delivery notes, inventory reports).
  • Cross-check logistics records and system entries to ensure data integrity.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/transporters for data verification and resolution of discrepancies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a 6-month assignment (renewable).
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems or ERP tools; experience with LOGISWIFT is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (for tracking and reporting purposes).
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

  • Work Location: 15 Pandan Crescent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm
  • Company Shuttle available from Tampines / Paya Lebar / Yishun / Sengkang
