Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk - Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills and the ability to manage data accurately while meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for :

  • Oversee all aspects of administration for the Company.
  • Creating, maintaining, communicating and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and best practices with respect to various business processes.


The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Head of Administration or Other role, ideally within the Retail, Internet and Professional Services industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
