What You Will Be Doing
- Refine and validate AI-generated content across forums, blogs, and knowledge bases to deliver polished, client-ready outputs
- Analyze and document feedback on AI performance to guide retraining and improve content accuracy and quality
- Evaluate content quality at scale and generate reports that identify trends, errors, and optimization opportunities
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Content moderation; it’s not about flagging bad behavior. You're refining AI content for quality and accuracy, not policing users.
- Traditional copyediting; you’re not just fixing grammar. You're restructuring, validating, and making AI outputs publication-ready.
- QA testing; you’re not checking boxes. You’re identifying systemic flaws and influencing how the AI and workflows evolve.
Basic Requirements
Content Quality Analyst key responsibilities
- At least 1 year of experience in a content editing, AI content review, or content operations role
- Demonstrated experience working professionally with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar), reviewing, guiding, and improving AI outputs
- Editorial expertise and mastery of English writing

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
