About the Role:
As a Conversion and Retention Agent, your mission is to turn leads into clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for engaging new leads, converting them into active clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling financial products or services, and providing high-level client support to boost retention.

Requirements:
